Growing up we are taught several manners, basic rules to live by and "etiquette" for good conduct and human behavior, often learning even more right on into adulthood. In the online community known as the Internet your manners and conduct are referred to as "Netiquette", defining the do's and dont's of online communication. Both common courtesy and simple expectations have been adopted by the Internet community as a whole over time and have become common practice. If you're doing business on the Internet, it is good to know how to fit in and represent yourself professionally online. This column will be the first in a three part series.
