Rags has been instrumental in designing websites for both our church and our in-house preschool. His designs are colorful and impactful without being graphically burdensome. Rags is a consummate professional and very responsive whenever we have issues. We recently moved our hosting service from BlueHost to GoDaddy, and Rags accommodated us to make this transition as seamless as possible. Furthermore, Rags set up our sites with the WordPress toolkit – giving us the ability to affect minor changes to the content without outside intervention or cost. When the need arose to include online forms for our Vacation Bible School program, Rags completed the task for us in a timely and cost-effective manner. We are completely satisfied with the level of service provided by Rags for our website needs.

In 2003 we embarked on a new redesigned website for our commercial embroidery and screen print equipment, software and supplies. I knew that in order to give us some things we really needed that our old site did not, it would be a big project. One of those 'needs' was easy editing of most pages, giving us the ability keep current with new listings, price changes, new products and options, etc. Rags worked hard to accommodate our needs, and the end result was exactly what we hoped for. Web design is an art, and most certainly an ongoing adventure. We feel confident that Rags will keep us up, current and ranking high on the web to maximize our exposure. Thanks Rags for a job well done.

When I first met Rags, he was a customer of mine. I tuned-up his sewing machine, and admired the digitizing that he does. I was impressed by the care that he puts into everything he does. So when I was looking for a webmaster, one that was familiar to the embroidery industry, I was very happy to learn that Rags had started into this field as well. After looking through his own web-site at www.a-stitch.com I decided to give him a try. He was not my first webmaster. I had one that, at the time, was one of our board members, and even though he had a financial interest in the company, the webpage was just a lost static page. Once Rags took over, the site looks better, gets more QUALIFIED hits, and is very easy to navigate, gets top listings at the search engines too.
Rags is a great webmaster, working with the top industry server, UD.NET, Rags will get your site noticed, you had better be ready to handle the load!

Our experience with Rags to Stitches Productions has been a very positive one. We are very proud of our improved website. We receive many positive comments about its style as well as its functionality. Our site offers our customers the features they have asked for. Rags has always been available when needed and responded immediately to any concerns, questions, suggestions or comments forwarded to him. He has responded directly to our customers comments as well, working with them to answer their questions. The merchant side of the website allows us many tracking options and tools that are easy to use. Changes can be made in less than a minute. Products and customer's accounts are easy to view and manage.
Rags to Stitches Productions has made the tedious process of changing our website, easy and manageable. Rags will listen to your needs and find solutions.

Rags is the consummate artist... knows how much detail to put in, and how much is just not necessary. There is hardly a project on the EmbroideryMall, EmbroideryList, EmbroideryUniversity, or EmbroideryOlympics, that doesn't have Rags' artwork, web development, and digitizing skills involved.
